July 2023 Newsletter
We remain positive through the Hurricane Ian disaster [September 28, 2022], the continual repairs to our home, the many banking situations [six theft attempts to date], our health issues, plus the need to purchase and set up a new computer and office printer.
We cut ties with the company that has been hosting our old website for fifteen years; it should be completely shut down by the time you receive this newsletter. The old site has been officially replaced by FaithfulLifePublishers.com and ChurchMinistrySolutions.com, along with PrintThisForMe.com. As a reader of this newsletter, you were informed of the new sites months ago! A ton of work still needs to be put into the FaithfulLifePublisher.com website. I'm not sure it will ever get done to the point that I am content with it.
Another measure of protecting our bank accounts is that we have swapped out our cell phones for the latest and greatest that technology offers. I stayed with a Samsung Android phone and Una stayed with an iPhone. One thing happened by doing this; we lowered our phone bill! Not sure how that happened, but we will take it. Verizon threw in a Google Pixel Watch LTE, oh, the marvels of mankind.
Una's dad, Robert Little, suffered a heat stroke while we visited the Tampa Zoo on June 10. He spent two days in the Tampa St. Joseph Hospital. Please pray for his continual improvement now that he is home.
We never have a dull moment around here!

.. a new ministry design and print a tract for their church. A second ministry has asked for our help to design a new tract for them.
... those who needed help with their graphic arts programs, especially Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. We can also assist with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint programs. By the way, we only use PC programs in our work. This is a monthly occurrence.
... every person with a printing project. We critique each job and always look for ways we can improve their print projects. If we find an issue, we will correct the customer's print project rather than return it (if possible). We make sure each print job is the right size (if the print goes to the edge, we make sure they added .125 inches, making a 4 x 6 job, 4.125 x 6.125) for bleed; move text when it is too close to the edge; and we change files if they were not submitted as RGB, instead of CMYK. The list of technical help goes on to ensure that each customer receives the best print job possible. We invest much time and effort into this and don't charge extra. Why? Because it is part of our ministry.

We continue to have book sales month after month throughout the United States, Great Britain, Italy, India, Japan, Australia, and Germany.
The recent book releases were:
- Daniel – Servant of the Living God by Michael McCubbins, 2023, paperback and eBook, 238 pages.
- POWER: Southwood Sermon Series by Robert Sutton, 2023, paperback, 94 pages.
- We have been working with Brother Dave Smith from Cedar Rapids, IA. We are close to completing the work on eighteen booklets, Stepping Stones of Growing in Christ. This eighteen-booklet series serves as a new believer's guide to aid them in their Christian walk. The booklets will be available through Bro. Dave or Faithful Life Ministries. More information will follow next month.
POWER – Southwood Sermon Series
POWER: ability to do or act; capability of doing or accomplishing something. We find several examples of power throughout as we read the Word of God. We need God's power in our lives to be victorious Christians.
In today's world, we must be enabled to live Christ-like lives. We need power to live the way we should for Christ. This book by Pastor Sutton is a great help as we seek to be more like Christ.

We can't tell you how much these two verses have come to mean to us over this year. The verses certainly help us to keep a proper focus on the work God has called us to do. Thanks for your prayer support to assist us in laying up treasures in heaven.
Gospel of John and Romans
A church that gives a Gospel of John and Romans Gift Edition booklet may touch the lives of people who may not know Him or have access to a Bible. This Gift Edition presents the core message of Christianity from the King James Version: God's love, grace, and salvation through faith in Jesus.
By giving out these booklets, a church can help people discover who Jesus is, what He has done for them, and how they can have a personal relationship with Him. The booklets can also encourage people to read more of the Bible and join a caring local church where they can grow in their faith and fellowship with other believers.

- July 4th – Independence Day
- VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL may be happening in July or August at your church. Can we be of help to you with tracts or printed materials?
- August – School is probably starting in your area. Do you have an outreach to children as they think about their future?
- Police and Emergency Service Providers may be especially busy during these summer months. The recipients will deeply appreciate the following Little Message. They need to know that you and your church care!

Many times, we design all of our printed items for free if we are going to print them for churches or ministries.

After your project is designed, our website will process your order at a reduced rate.

HOPE FOR BRAZIL MINISTRIES – "The Ice Boat Ministry"
On Sunday, June 18, our ministry team at Igreja Batista Church in the city of Manaus hosted a BREAKFAST & BIBLE event for the children who live in the area of their Compassion Center.
Nearly 50 children attended the event. Hope for Brazil Ministries helps these children by providing them with a daily meal. For many of them living in this impoverished area of the city, this is the only meal they will eat in a day.
After breakfast, the children heard a Bible lesson and were given small gifts, including the colorful Smile Jesus Loves You fold-over tract. This tract clearly spells out the Gospel, the "good news" of Jesus Christ, which many of these children have already received and will share with others, including those living in their homes and neighborhoods.
Please join us in praying for these Breakfast & Bible events, the daily meals that these children receive, and for reaching these young homes for Jesus Christ.
The team will begin to prepare for their next CONVOY OF HOPE trip on July 14-16 and for an ICE BOAT excursion during the week of July 24.
SEA HOPE
Our scheduled mission voyage took a medical missions team back to Haiti in late June. Reports will be forthcoming. We covet your prayers for their outreach ministry.
BECA PAPE: Second-Generation Missionary
Beca has reached 70% support this month! It is so exciting watching God move and answer her prayers! She is currently planning on leaving for the field in January of 2024. She was pushing for November, but the timing is looking better for January and she has decided it would be wiser to go ahead and wait. Please continue to pray for her as she wraps up her deputation journey!
