April is behind us. We had another crazy month because someone tried to break into our business bank account, AGAIN. We had to close down our account for the second time in about six weeks and reopen another new account. This means we have to contact every vendor we utilize and give them our new account information. It is a time-consuming ordeal. At least this time, no money was withdrawn from our business account.
Hurricane Ian was SEVEN months ago. Repairs to our home were completed in April. So many homes throughout our development still need repairs. Materials and qualified laborers are hard to come by. Our church still has damages that haven't been fixed as of yet.
We remain positive through the Hurricane Ian disaster, the repairs to our home, the banking situation, and both of our health issues. We continue to move forward ... Lord bless! Thanks for your prayer.

... a new ministry design and print a tract for their church. A second ministry has asked for our help to design a new tract for them.
... those who needed help with their graphic arts programs, especially Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. We can also assist with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint programs. By the way, we only use PC programs in our work. This is a monthly occurrence.
... every person with a printing project. We critique each job and always look for ways we can improve their print projects. If we find an issue, we will correct the customer's print project rather than return it (if possible). We make sure each print job is the right size (if the print goes to the edge, we make sure they added .125 inches, making a 4 x 6 job, 4.125 x 6.125) for bleed; move text when it is too close to the edge; and we change files if they were not submitted as RGB, instead of CMYK. The list of technical help goes on to ensure that each customer receives the best print job possible. We invest much time and effort into this and don't charge extra. Why? Because it is part of our ministry.

As of this writing (April 3), I trust April will have been as productive as March was. We had book sales throughout April in the United States, Great Britain, Italy, India, Australia, and Germany.

Many times, we design all of our printed items for free if we are going to print them for churches or ministries.

Over the last two weeks, the ICE BOAT has been out on the Amazon River, providing ice, snacks, and water to those fishing. During this outreach, there have been SEVENTEEN decisions for Christ made! Check out the video below of Marcos, our Brazilian team leader, leading a man to Christ after sharing a bag of ice with him.
Be praying for these days of outreach; not only in sharing these items but also the "good news" of Jesus Christ and giving out Bibles. Please pray that those we share with will be receptive in listening to and accepting God's gift of salvation and eternal life.
SEA HOPE: Next for Sea Hope is a trip to the BVI for the annual ship's haul out in late March. Please pray this will be a successful time, as we have several things to repair. Our next scheduled mission is in late June, taking a medical missions team back to Haiti. We covet your prayers for that.
BECA PAPE writes in her newsletter, "I have reached 52% of my support in just eight months of traveling! God has shown Himself very real and powerful on my behalf, and I am so excited to see what He has in store for the future!" My words are in italics – Jim.
On April 27, Una and I had the opportunity to have a nice Fort Myers supper with Beca and her mom, Cynthia. We have known Pastor Chad and Cynthia Pape for over a decade. We have worked on countless projects for churches in the States and the Dominican Republic over the years. Currently, they minister in Maryland.
